Ingredients

  • 1 lb of lean ground turkey
  • ⅓ cup of freshly chopped basil leaves

  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • ¼ cup of creamy mayonnaise
  • ⅛ cup of tangy pesto sauce
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 fresh romaine lettuce leaves

Step 1
