Step 1
Slice the thawed dough into approximately 36 to 40 one-inch pieces. Shape each portion into a petite oval and carefully arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. To help them rise, cover the dough with greased plastic wrap and let it rest in a cozy spot until it doubles in size.
