Ingredients

  • A pound of sirloin steak
  • A couple of tablespoons of salted butter
  • One medium onion, thinly sliced
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Three tablespoons of vegetable oil, divided
  • A green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • Eight ounces of baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • Freshly cracked salt and pepper, to your liking
  • A pinch of garlic powder, or as preferred
  • Two 12-inch prepared keto pizza crusts
  • Half a cup of sour cream
  • Two teaspoons of minced garlic
  • A quarter cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Eight slices of provolone cheese, sliced into strips

Step 1

Chill the steak in the freezer for approximately half an hour before using. In a generous skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Stir in chopped onions seasoned with salt and sauté for about 4 minutes. Then, introduce a tablespoon of oil to the skillet along with bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook until tender for around 8 minutes. Set the cooked veggies aside, clean the skillet, and let it cool down.

Step 2

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step 3

Retrieve the chilled steak from the freezer and slice it into thin pieces. Season the steak with cracked salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 4

Heat the remaining two tablespoons of oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned steak until no longer pink, for about 5 minutes. Drain any excess drippings.

Step 5

Lay out two pizza crusts on foil or baking sheets. Spread a quarter cup of sour cream on each crust. Sprinkle a teaspoon of minced garlic and two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese on each. Add the steak evenly on each crust followed by the vegetable mix. Top the pizzas with pieces of Provolone cheese.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese melts beautifully and the crust edges turn brown, approximately 10 minutes.
